An impressive 97.3% of our customers opt for our Smart Solar Savings Plan, enabling a switch to solar with $0.00 upfront cost. This plan allows you to offset the entire expense of your solar PV system using the savings generated from your solar energy!

Meticulous Paperwork Audit:

‍After our solar specialist completes the necessary paperwork during the in-home visit, our operations manager meticulously audits all documents to ensure accuracy and alignment. We leave no room for errors, guaranteeing a seamless process from start to finish.

Welcome Call and Finalisation:

‍Once approval is obtained, you'll receive a warm welcome call from Smart Solar. This call provides an opportunity to finalize any last questions or concerns about the in-home energy assessment. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and fully informed about your solar investment.

Scheduling and Grid Connection Application:

‍Smart Solar will then schedule the job with one of our chosen Clean Energy Council (CEC) accredited installers. The installer will handle the grid connection application, ensuring a smooth integration of your solar system into the grid. During this stage, the design layout for the photovoltaic (PV) system is processed, and the necessary products are ordered.

Installation Day:

‍On installation day, our CEC accredited installer will arrive at your home, typically between 8 am and 11 am. We commence with an on-site welcome meeting to address any questions or concerns you may have. Once you're ready, we proceed with the installation, meticulously documenting the entire process through photographs. Only CEC approved panels and inverters are used, ensuring top-notch quality and performance.

Real-Time Monitoring Setup:

‍As your solar panels and inverter are integrated seamlessly into your home, we set up a monitoring system on the same day. This empowers you to see how much energy you're saving on a daily basis, helping you track your eco-friendly and cost-effective progress.

Completion and STC Transfer:

‍After the installation is complete, you will receive a text message acknowledging Smart Solar's successful work on your behalf. You'll be required to sign this message, confirming the transfer of Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) to us.
